Services
Car Shipping Hawaii (CSH) acts as a booking and coordination agent for Matson Navigation ocean freight services and third-party overland auto transport carriers. CSH does not own or operate ocean vessels or overland trucks.
Rates and Pricing
All rates quoted by CSH are all-inclusive of Matson ocean freight, terminal handling, and basic cargo insurance unless otherwise stated. Overland carrier rates are estimates and may vary slightly based on actual pickup conditions. Final rate is confirmed at booking.
Vehicle Condition
Customer is responsible for delivering a vehicle in operable condition (unless inoperable service is specifically booked), with fuel below ¼ tank, no personal items, and meeting all Matson preparation requirements. CSH is not liable for Matson refusals due to vehicle non-compliance.
Liability
CSH's liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the deposit paid. Matson's liability for ocean freight is governed by Matson's published tariff and Bill of Lading terms. Third-party overland carrier liability is governed by that carrier's insurance and terms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Honolulu, Hawaii.
