How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for logistics coordination. Specifically:

Shipping quotes Vehicle dimensions, weight class, and origin/destination are used to calculate your all-inclusive ocean freight and overland transport costs.
Vessel booking Vehicle data is submitted to the ocean carrier to reserve your space on the Matson sailing for your target departure date.
Carrier dispatch For door-to-port shipments, your pickup address and contact details are shared with the assigned overland carrier so they can coordinate your pickup window.
Shipment updates Your phone number and email are used to send booking confirmations, sailing schedule updates, port drop-off instructions, and delivery notifications.
Port processing Vehicle and identification data is submitted to the port terminal as required for intake, agricultural inspection, and release.
Legal compliance Certain data is shared with US Customs and Border Protection as required by federal maritime law for all shipments between Hawaii and the mainland.

Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information only with the parties physically involved in moving your vehicle. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies under any circumstances.

Recipient What Is Shared and Why
Ocean carrier (Matson Navigation Company) Vehicle data and shipper identification required by federal maritime law to complete the vessel manifest for your sailing.
Overland carriers For door-to-port shipments, your pickup address and contact details are shared with the licensed carrier assigned to transport your vehicle to the departure port.
Young Brothers (neighbor island delivery) If your vehicle is destined for Maui, Big Island, or Kauai, vehicle and delivery data is shared with Young Brothers for the inter-island barge transfer from Honolulu.
US Customs and Border Protection Required by federal law for all shipments moving between Hawaii and the US mainland.
Hawaii Department of Agriculture Vehicle information is provided for the mandatory biosecurity inspection conducted at Hawaii arrival terminals.
Payment processors Payment card data is processed by PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Legal authorities We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers or the public.
