We use your information to provide shipping quotes, book Matson sailings, coordinate overland carriers, and communicate with you about your shipment. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Sharing
We share your vehicle and contact information with Matson Navigation and overland carriers only as necessary to complete your shipment. Messages you send to K'AI, our AI booking assistant, are processed by our AI service provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. These parties have their own privacy policies.
AI Chat and Automated Communications
K'AI, our AI booking assistant, is an artificial intelligence system, not a human agent. Conversations with K'AI — whether through our website chat widget or text message — are stored so we can respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, and follow up on your shipment. If you provide your phone number, you may receive automated and human text messages from us about your quote and booking; message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Data Retention
We retain shipment records for 7 years for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting info@carshippinghawaii.com.
Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising (Google Ads click tracking).
