Can I ship spare parts with the car?
Strictly Negative. This is the most common mistake. The USDA strictly prohibits "stowage" of loose parts (transmissions, boxes of trim, extra wheels) inside the vehicle. The car must be empty. Failure to comply will result in the vehicle being rejected at the gate.
Is insurance included?
Yes. Our Enclosed Carriers carry higher liability limits (typically $1M+ cargo policies) compared to open carriers. Once on the ocean vessel, the shipment is covered under the carrier's standard terms, but we always recommend carrying your own "Marine Cargo Insurance" for total peace of mind on high-value items.
Do you offer Door-to-Door?
Yes. We pick up from your residence (or a nearby accessible lot if your street is too tight for a 53' rig) and deliver to the closest port in Hawaii. Note: We do not deliver to driveways in Hawaii; pickup is at the port.
